Therefore, we should care more to the patient, patient enlighten patients, help patients’ correct understanding of the disease. At the same time satisfy the various needs of patients, and to create a quiet, sweet, comfortable for patients recuperate environment. （2）healthy family education As to get a good recovery effect, families should put down the burden ideas at the first, and understand the importance of rehabilitation nursing. Secondly, families should make rehabilitation plan, and earnestly implement as planned. In the rehabilitation process, family members should read the related publicity materials, and master relevant knowledge of rehabilitation nursing. Family members have to recognize that recovery is a slow and gradual process. Family members need enough confidence and patience to educate the patients. Only by enlightening patients much, patients could recover in rehabilitation. However, home nursing is only the premise in stem cell therapy, because stem cells have regenerative ability, it can replace damaged cells. Stem cells also have secretion functions, secrete cell growth factor, these factors plays an important role in repairing the cell nutrition. Till June of 2013, our department has treated 441 patients of traumatic brain injury and 365 of them received our follow-up observation in the first half of year after leaving the hospital, and the rate of improvement is 80.2%.
