Dr. An Yihua is the director of Cells Center China which is a department of General Hospital of Armed Police Forces, China. Our stem cell center is the first one in the world registered in WHO(ChiCTR-TNRC-11001488) and wins FDA of US (NCT01491165). Since the end of 2013, the patients we treated covered 28 counties.Below is Sudan Embassy in China Showing Thanks to Dr. An Yihu and Dr. Wang Xiaodong as well as whole medical staff.
One day two handsome men come to Dr. An Yihua’s office sending a letter of
thanks. The two men are officers working in Sudan’s Embassy in China.
Half year ago, a young man named Elhadi Elmahdy came to Cells Center China
(CCC)for stem cell treatment. Because of car accident, the young man got spinal
cord injury (SCI). At that time, Elhadi’s diagnosis was: cervical cord
completely fracture injury, high paraplegia, respiratory muscle inability, trachea
cannula, lung infection, scrotum abscessus and other diseases. The young man
looked quite thin. Overall condition is very poor.
Under the instruction of Dr. An Yihua, after one month stem cell treatment
and good care by medical workers in Cells Center China. Elhadi has much better
autonomous respiration and ability to cough up phlegm, lung infection as well as
scrotum abscessus totally cured, whole body sensation was improved a lot.
According to regular follow up, Elhadi’s condition is continue to improve within
the half a year.

Daily Performance of Children with Mixed Cerebral Palsy |
Mixed cerebral palsy is the most common type of cerebral palsy, which can have any symptoms of other three types of cerebral palsy. These children have both the tight muscle tone of Spastic Cerebral Palsy and the involuntary movements of Athetoid Cerebral Palsy. Below is detailed performances for children with mixed cerebral palsy. To get effective and prompt treatment is the best way to let our children live independently. Parents can not take care of them whole life. I am excited to introduce people stem cell treatment for cerebral palsy. There are many successful cases that can make you believe our child can stand up, can walk by themselves, can hold eating utensils to take food, can button the clothes. If you want to know more about stem cell treatment, you can email me at stemcelltech.cn@gmail.com

Characteristics and Treatment for Ataxic Cerebral Palsy
![]() |
Characteristics and Treatment for Ataxic Cerebral Palsy |
Children with ataxic cerebral palsy will usually have a wide-based gait walking with unsteady and shaky posture. Because of their poor sense of balance they tend to walk with their feet unusually far apart. This is due to low muscle tone where the body is constantly trying to counter-balance itself.
The most significant characteristic of ataxic cerebral palsy is tremor so that children with ataxic cerebral palsy have poor fine motor activities such as writing, holding eating utensil, buttoning clothes etc. When patients attempt voluntary and precise movements, the condition of tremor will be aggravated, which is known as intention tremor. For example, when reaching for an object, such as a book, the hand and arm will begin to shake. As the hand gets closer to the object the trembling gets more severe, increasing the completion time necessary for the task.
I sincerely hope more and more children can live by themselves without family member’s 24hs care. Stem cell treatment is not the best treatment in the future but now it is. This is a chance for our children to live by their own.

Detailed Introduction of Athetoid Cerebral Palsy |
Symptoms of Athetoid Cerebral Palsy
1. One common symptom of athetoid cerebral palsy is slow and writhing movements in hands, arms, legs, feet and even facial muscles and tongue. The movements of these muscles may mall or big, rapid, irregularly repetitive, random, or jerky. After children fall asleep, these movements can disappear. The cause of the writhing movements of children with athetoid cerebral palsy is caused by alternation of floppy and tense muscles.
2. Children with athetoid cerebral palsy also have speech dysfunction ans swallowing dysfunction, which is related to uncontrolled facial muscles and tongue, breathing and vocal cords.
3. Children with athetoid cerebral palsy usually have difficulties to hold objects such as pen, eating utensils because of poor ability to control their hands to a certain object.
As for the treatment for children with athetoid cerebral palsy, daily motion of muscles can help to prevent muscle from growing weak or atrophied, or rapidly fixed form contracture. The fundamental solution for athetoid cerebral palsy is to repair the damaged brain tissues basal ganglia which is located in midbrain. Stem cells can achieve this purpose so that the writhing movements in limbs, speech, hand-eye coordination can be improved. Therefore, child can live like a normal child and take care of himself. What Will Happen to Patients with Spastic Cerebral Palsy
![]() |
What Will Happen to Patients with Spastic Cerebral Palsy |
Spastic cerebral palsy is the most common type, accounting for 70 to 80 percent of all cases of cerebral palsy in the United States. This type of cerebral palsy occurs when brain damage affects the cerebral cortex, or the outer layer of the brain, either at birth or a very young age. The typical characteristic of spastic cerebral palsy is high muscle tone or muscle tension which cause motor dysfunction in different degrees.
According to the areas of the body affected by brain tissue damage, spastic cerebral palsy is classified into several sub-types:
Hemiplegia indicates one side of the body affected by brain damage.
Diplegia indicates lower limbs showing dysfunctions affected by brain damage.
Spastic monoplegia is one single limb being affected because of brain tissue damage.
Spastic triplegia is three limbs being affected.
Spastic quadriplegia is all four limbs more or less equally affected, which is more serious than the above types of spastic cerebral palsy.
According to the severity of children’s condition, spastic cerebral palsy is classified into three stages:
Mild stage spastic cerebral palsy usually affects some of children to finish specific tasks. Most of children can take care of their daily matters without the 24hours care by parents or family members.
Moderate stage spastic cerebral palsy may impede more ability to complete more tasks. Children usually need 1-2 people take care and guarantee the safety. A simple example here, because of high muscle tension in hands, child can not take meals and take care of urinary and bowel by themselves. If the child has intelligence problem, he may not distinguish and avoid some dangerous situation. Therefore, 24hs care is necessary.
Severe stage spastic cerebral palsy usually indicates children totally loss self-care ability and even lie on bed all the time. Such children and the family all have to suffer physical and psychological pain as well as economic burden. According to the statistics, a patient with cerebral palsy can take at least 900,000 USD including direct cost such as medication, rehabilitation, tests and hospitalization etc.; indirect cost such as 1-3 nursing workers, charge for loss of working time of family members etc. Stem cell treatment for cerebral palsy is the latest effective treatment method, which can improve both patient and family’s living quality. The earlier to treat CP the better result we can see. To choose stem cell center, you’d better choose which has both research and clinical application experiences.
Cells Center China (CCC) has treated nearly 4000 cerebral cases, the total efficiency rate is around 90%. Comparing with other types of cerebral palsy, spastic cerebral palsy has the best treatment result. If you need detailed guidance, please email me at stemcelltech.cn@gmail.com

Types of Cerebral Palsy (CP)and Stem Cell Treatment |
According to the outside behaviour and location of brain damage of children, cerebral palsy is divided four types. Each type of cerebral palsy can can lead to different symptoms and even the causes are different. The four main types of cerebral palsy are list as below:
Spastic cerebral palsy
Athetoid cerebral palsy
Ataxic cerebral palsy
Mixed cerebral palsy
No matter what type of cerebral palsy you or your loved child has, without effective treatment, the family will be possible to spend lifetime to cope with the expenses, losses and sufferings. With the development of medical science, stem cell treatment has gained world attention to treat cerebral palsy and other nerve system diseases. Of course there is always disputes existed when there is a new thing occur. In fact, the research of stem cells has started half a century but queried by people as well as the restriction of religious. Cells are magic that can be induced to grow into kidney, liver after professional cultivation. Therefore, researchers are worried cytometaplasia in human body. After the research and application on animals such as mouse and apes which is more similar with human body system, it is proved stem cell treatment is effective to promote cells renew and and repair damaged nerve tissues. Then is there side effects of stem cell treatment? Will cytometaplasia happen in human body in the future? No body can give you an exact answer about the questions. However, Cells Center China can share with you true experience as reference.
In 2003, Cells Center China was established with the approval of government relative authority, which become the first stem cell center in the world. The approval of WHO and FDA of US make the efforts of this medical team turn to result. Dr. Wang Zhongcheng is the leader of Cells Center China (CCC). Actually before formal establish, the medical team has begun the stem cell research in neurology department of the General Hospital of Armed Police Forces, China. In the end of 2004, stem cell treatment is formally applied in clinic to treat neural diseases such as cerebral palsy, spinal cord injury and motor neural disease etc. According to the different damaging part of brain nerves and spinal cord, doctors will choose suitable method to do stem cell injection. According to nearly 10 years clinical experience, stem cell treatment for cerebral palsy and other difficult neural diseases are much more effective than those common methods. In addition, there is no side effects or cytometaplasia occur until now.

Treatment for Cerebral Palsy Combined Modern Technique and TCM |
Signs and symptoms of cerebral palsy can be found during infancy or preschool, which can damage some neural systems. The common symptoms are motor dysfunction such as moving with exaggerated reflexes, floppiness or rigidity of the limbs and trunk, abnormal posture, involuntary movements, unsteadiness of walking; swallowing problem, verbal ability, intelligence retardation. Cells Center provide you a systemic treatment for cerebral palsy combined modern technique and TCM (traditional Chinese medicine).
Stem cell treatment is the latest effective treatment for cerebral palsy so that more and more hospitals started stem cell treatment in the world. Then why you choose Cells Center China of the General Hospital of Armed Police Forces, which is a 3A level government military hospital with the approval of WHO (ChiCTR-TNRC-11001488) and FDA of US (NCT01491165). Besides the above titles of our hospital, is there advantages of the treatment in Cells Center China (CCC)?
As we know that TCM (traditional Chinese) has several thousand years history, which is famous in the world. It is a precious cultural heritage that belongs to China. The quality and quantity of stem cells plays an important role in treating cerebral palsy. In order to keep good activeness and take the best effects, stem cells need a strong and healthy environment to differentiate and grow. However, patients with cerebral palsy usually have poor blood circulation, low immunity and weak function of spleen and stomach, which can influence the treatment result of stem cells.Cells Center China applies health care of TCM (traditional Chinese medicine), which includes orally taking medicine, spinal cord massage, meridian guiding, acupuncture and moxibustion etc.The modern technique stem cell treatment combined with TCM can achieve incredible treatment result in treating cerebral palsy. If you would like to know more details, please email me at stemcelltech.cn@gmail.com

Can Patient with Religious Belief Take Stem Cell Treatment |
Adult stem cells include several types such as bone marrow stem cells, neural stem cells, umbilical cord blood stem cells as well as umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells. All the above stem cells are collected from adults which do not invades religious ethics. Along with the research and development of stem cells, umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells are wide used in clinic, which are derived from umbilical cord after the baby birth. It is proved more effective to repair the damaged nerve cells and recover body functions. At the end of 2004, stem cell center of the General Hospital of Armed Police Forces, China started stem cell treatment in clinic formally. Our stem cell center is the first one with approval of WHO and FAD of US in the world. Currently, we have more than 6000 treatment cases achieving unexpected treatment result. Along with the further research and application, stem cells always give us surprise and confidence.
The damage of brain tissues will definitely cause certain body dysfunction. It is brain to control each body systems to work normally. Without the limitation of religious ethics, more and more patient with nervous system disease can get stem cell treatment. In the future, stem cells must achieve more remarkable achievements.
